Subscription terms
Last updated October 25, 2026. CalcCon Pro is sold by CalcConPro LLC.
These terms are the agreement between you (the business that uses CalcCon Pro, and the person who accepts them for it) and CalcConPro LLC. “We” and “us” mean CalcConPro LLC and the owners of CalcCon Pro (Michael Bukowski and CalcConPro LLC). You accept these terms, together with the license statement shown with them, when you tick the box in CalcCon Pro before it opens with a free trial or subscription key. They are written in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask before you subscribe.
CalcCon Pro is made for contracting businesses. By accepting these terms you confirm that you use it for your business and that you may agree to these terms for it.
What you get
While your subscription is paid, one person may use CalcCon Pro on their own computer (Windows or Mac), phone and tablet (up to three devices). Each key is made for your devices’ activation codes. You get every update that comes out while you subscribe.
CalcCon Pro is licensed to you, not sold. It and everything in it, including its formulas, calculators, layout, design and code, belong to Michael Bukowski and CalcConPro LLC.
What you may not do
- Share your key or let another person bid with your subscription. Each estimator needs their own.
- Copy, resell, rent, lend or give away CalcCon Pro, or any part of it, or put it on a website.
- Take it apart, work around the license check, or make something from its code, formulas or design.
A key that is shared or used against these terms can be cancelled without a refund.
Paying, renewing and cancelling
The subscription is $200 per user per month or $2,000 per user per year. Prices don’t include sales tax; where tax applies, it is added to your bill.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price in effect then, until you cancel. You can cancel any time by writing to Mike@calcconpro.com or calling 720-532-3554, or in the account of the payment service you subscribed through. Cancelling stops the next renewal; CalcCon Pro keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. Before a yearly subscription renews, we send you a reminder.
Money-back guarantee: if CalcCon Pro isn’t right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment (monthly or yearly) and we refund that payment in full; your subscription and its key end with the refund. Other payments already made aren’t refunded, except where the law says otherwise. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription.
Free trial
A free trial is one trial per person and per device, for 14 days, with no payment needed and nothing charged. Five days after it ends CalcCon Pro locks until you enter a subscription key. Everything you saved during the trial stays.
When a subscription ends
Five days after your subscription ends, CalcCon Pro locks until you enter a renewal key. Your estimates, prices and settings stay on your own device and are there again when you renew.
We may cancel a key before its end date for non-payment, a chargeback, sharing, or another breach of these terms; a cancelled key locks the next time CalcCon Pro is online. If we ever stop offering CalcCon Pro, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead and refund any part of a period you paid for but can’t use.
Your information and files
Your estimates, prices, contacts, documents and photos are yours. They are kept on your own devices, and in any shared folder you choose, not on our servers, so we can’t see, recover or lose them. Keep backups: CalcCon Pro makes a daily backup on Windows and reminds you on phones and tablets. The privacy page says what CalcCon Pro and this website do with information.
Your estimates and the documents you send
CalcCon Pro is a tool. The numbers in your estimates, the prices you set, and the bids, contracts and other documents you send are your own work and your responsibility. Check every estimate before you rely on it.
CalcCon Pro also gives you starting wording and forms: proposal terms and exclusions, lien waivers, a lien and notice deadline calculator, pay applications and checklists. They are general examples, not legal advice, and they may not fit your state, your contract or your job (some states require their own lien waiver forms, and deadlines differ from state to state). Have your own attorney check them before you rely on them.
Other companies’ services
A few features use other companies’ services: the Site Map shows Google Maps, the Schedule’s weather forecast comes from Open-Meteo, payments go through our payment provider, and this website and its trial form are hosted by Netlify. Their own terms apply to that use, and we can’t promise they will always be available. The Site Map includes Google Maps content: your use of it is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Weather data is by Open-Meteo.com.
No warranty
CalcCon Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond these terms, including that it is free of errors, always available, or fit for a particular purpose or job. If something is wrong with the software, tell us and we will fix it or refund the current period.
Limit on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bids or jobs, lost data, or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages that come from using CalcCon Pro, and our total liability for any claim about CalcCon Pro is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to CalcCon Pro and these terms
We may change CalcCon Pro and its features. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows which version this is. For a change that matters, we will tell you by email or in CalcCon Pro before it applies, and CalcCon Pro asks you to accept the new terms the next time you enter a key (you can also read and accept them under Licensed to … in its Menu). If you don’t agree, you can cancel; the earlier terms apply until the end of the period you paid for.
If we disagree
Tell us first; most problems are solved with a phone call. If we can’t sort it out within 30 days, the laws of the State of Colorado apply, and the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado (or the federal court for the District of Colorado) decide. Either of us may use small claims court.
Everything else
These terms, the license statement shown with them in CalcCon Pro, and your order are the whole agreement between us about CalcCon Pro; where the license statement and these terms differ, these terms apply. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies, and not enforcing a part right away doesn’t give it up. You can’t transfer your subscription without our written OK; we may transfer these terms to a company that takes over CalcCon Pro. We send notices to the email address you gave us.
